I have an unique techno functional exposure and skill sets by managing large teams in Branch Banking Operations, Technology Service Delivery Excellence, Business Process Management, defining new processes and re-engineering of the existing processes, driving Ethics and Compliance framework in the most efficient manner, teaching and coaching the youngsters on the Banking Domain products and services, shaping the leadership abilities amongst them. Apart from the banking domain training, I also conduct multiple leadership, Ethics & Compliance lecture programs for all youngsters so that they become ethical and honest leaders of tomorrow and build their own empire.
